Nerdilicious.
The TA in one of my classes yesterday was trying to tell us how children acquire speech. She said that it all depends on how much they hear and that they just learn how to repeat it after awhile. I really wanted to tell her that that's just one of the theories. I felt like suchhh a nerd, haha. It is nice to actually learn things that pop up in real life, though. :)

Hopefully, much of the material you are learning in your classes WILL connect. It's how you are able to synthesize it and apply it to the real world that will make all the difference in the world when you get to the classroom!
ReplyDeleteThat is really cool. In my other special education course I am taking this semester we often touch on things that we go in deepth in our class and I always am excited that I know what he is teaching!
