Learning Objective 3

I have a basic understanding of this concept but I am still unclear on how students can exhibit language differences but do not necessarily have a language disorders. Can anyone explain this to me or more detail?

  2. I guess language differences would be like Ms. White said in class about how Spanish is "ball red" and English is "red ball." That doesn't mean the student is dyslexic if they directly translate it. It just means they have cultural and language differences!(:
